A Silent Grace

A Silent Grace

A Poem by Legion
"

For those moments when a gentle touch may be needed.

"

A Silent Grace

It is a silent grace that flows
Quietly on nimble toes
To embrace that which needs
The gift of God, through deeds,
With a kind and gentle touch
Brings what is needed much
In a soul found much bereaved.
Tranquility is achieved.

Beautiful. I just love the word, "grace." Your words give it the justice it deserves.

Very well done! No forced rhyme and you maintained the theme throughout. Loved it!

This is beautiful, Legion. I'm glad you led me to this piece!

Though, I have to add, it is not by deeds, but by faith, we are received. I may be totally off by the line, "The gift of God, through deeds," . . . it wouldn't be the first time . . . smiles . . .

Thank you for your gracious gift of poetry!

Quitely - Quietly

A tender poem expressing, really, the need for more tenderness.

I really enjoyed this. It's quite short but it has a perfect flow. I also very much like the content. Great poem!
