Inferno

The fire within

 All at once, it starts.

My body starts shaking with rage

I clench my fists, I clench my teeth

My brain fills with dark thoughts

"Kill, Kill, Kill!" They whisper

I'm filled with adrenaline ready for action

"Kill, Kill, Kill!" I want to burn everything

I feel ready to scream

"Kill, Kill, Kill!"

Then I stop.

"Breath" I tell myself

"Just stop and breath."

Short ...But captivating and true. It says so much in a short number of lines. How we feel emotionally when we are upset, angry at the world, and just plain devistated. And how we have to tell ourselves to just be calm ..."Just breathe." As you so put it, but how hard that really is.
