i lost a close friend last night ); He was 16 and he killed himself and now my heart feels like there is HUGE hole in the middle

TO EVERY TEEN: plz stop saying you want 2 kill yourself!!! stop complaneing about how your life sucks or parents dont understand you..or that you lost the love of your life.
Becuse guess what...we are still young and we have PLENTY of time to figure this shit out!!! life is tuff and sommetimes its going to suck but THATS life...its not always going to be perfect...and sometimes its going to feel like its Hell on earth but all you have to do is stay strong and WANT to live!!! Live for your family,live for your friends,live for the people that care SOOOO much about you but most important...live for YOU!!! you may be suprised to find how many people really do love and care about you,even if u dont like yourself...so PLZ PLZ PLZ stop trying to emd your life and start trying to LIVE life..I wish that nobody had to feel the way me and his family do right now

Holy crap! Your friend killed himself? That's super sad. D: I had a friend die, back in Feb 2011; I wrote a story about him, once.

I wanted to comment that I have a friend in Cullman, Alabama. It's nice to spot another writer from Alabama, on here.

I'm sorry about your friend, though. I had a best friend in school constantly tell me that she would kill herself before she was 27. She's currently 24, and I still suspect she plans to do it. Having lived with the potential knowledge that my best friend plans to exit has always put a strain on my mind.

Don't be so quick to judge. I am a firm believer in the right to end one's own life if he or she so chooses. Indeed, one of the many obstacles on the staircase to adult-hood is a loaded pistol with a placard reading "Do it."

Does it hurt you to know that he is gone? Of course, but he most certainly chose to end his life, and imposing your will on someone, forcing them to live on, when they choose not to, can only be described as selfish; particularly if that person only wants them to live so that their feelings may be spared.
