Dedication to A. Rose

A poem I wrote inspired by another poet's poem... A. Rose's FOREVER HIS

 

I once read a poem by A. Rose... that made me think and write in prose...

A very beautiful piece of how I USED to be....

a person who loved others, gladly and free.

My heart was always stepped on, trampled and burned,

and I knew that there was a lesson that had to be learned...

Learn to love yourself first and foremost,

and never give them anything with which to boast...

And the most import lesson of love...

is that the greastest one comes from up above.
