That Girl

That Girl

A Poem by Askew

Do you see that girl?
The pretty blonde
With baby blues?
The lips that work wonders
And the fingers
That don't hesitate to touch?
The chest we've all seen
And the wide open legs,
Her panties a welcome mat?
Do you see that girl?
There in the mirror?
She's pretty...

For a w***e.

ouch! straight shootin' Lexi .... I think the shock value of your poem works well .. i like your surgical use of the language ..and i like how you invite the reader in as a voyeur at first .. and then as the person in the mirror ... we try so hard to find love and fulfillment through sex ... one's self image only gets worse as we are used and used again .... but........at least I'm pretty ;)

Damn that felt painful and I'm a dude, very cool and bold, and most of all it is honest. The words cut through the reader awesome

Such insight for someone as young as you. Surely you must know or have known a girl such as the one you so ably describe. In a very different way though, don't you feel sorry for her?

Take care - Dave
