Replenish

Make the old new again..

A new world, brave and fresh

Bright and old, as the first

Crawling out into light from a dark cove

You’ve been terrible with numbers

It’s a century since that time

Our own Canterbury Tales

The storm has blown rocks in our way

But you stayed

Kept pushing on

Marching me forward; us forward

We are still us in this hell

Still us as time flies by
