Lost Lover

Lost Lover

A Poem by Wild Willow Blue

You'll find me, and keep me..

Underneath precious flowers and feathery veils

you will find my buried heart

wounded and gray by fallen friends

bruised by past loves that have lost the terrible fight

against the winds, I walk only to hope for the best

but the best is too far out of reach

all I see are tears. My own, crying for scrapped knees and cut elbows

get up off the ground and move on!

Stay here or leave

hug or let go

but think no more tonight

I am 29. I am female. I am rather short. I like macaroni and cheese. I don't like the color orange very much. I have a banana allergy. I am afraid of clowns and bees. And the dark. Oh .. heights, too... more..
