Missing Someone

Missing someone is the most terrible thing

It is death without the ending

It is sleep without the rest

It is a never ending pain 

Torture,

Eating at your brain, thoughts, and feelings

All you know is suffering

All you know is pain

All you know is yourself with that person

And without them?

It is all gone, 

And youself is gone too,

You only turn to the drugs to numb yourself

You come back to your room at night

Crying,

Suffering,

Feeding the pain 

Encouraging it to eat you alive. 

All your thoughts, dreams and memories

Seem so real again

It is the most sickening feeling,

Knowing you are alone

Silence,

Suffering,

Missing someone is the most terrible thing.
