Do you realize the harm you caused to my family?

Do you realize you were in charge of a whole entire company yet you couldn't handle doing your job right, 

If you would have taken the right steps my dad would still be here today. 

He would be here holding my hand through life, 

But instead hes buried 6 feet under. 

Do you realize when I say I'm going to see my dad that I'm going and seeing him at the cemetery. 

Does what you did effect your daily life at all? 

Does it bother you knowing that what you did killed an amazing human being, 

An amazing man who left behind two kids and a wife. 

Do you ever look at your kids and think about the man you killed?

I know it was an accident and you weren't out to kill my father that day, 

But that doesn't take away my pain or my anger. 

I wanted to see your face, 

I wanted to take this all the way through court so you had to look at us and tell us what you did, 

I wanted to see your expressions sitting in front of us, 

Would you have acted like you cared at all?

I reread your stupid deposition, 

The deposition that you answered over 200 questions with "I don't know" 

Do you realize I went through that deposition more times then I can count, 

Highlighting all the times you said "I don't know" 

How are you supposed to own a company but you don't even know where your handbook is?

How could you sit there and actually say you haven't gone to school for excavating and it just runs through your blood. 

Really? 

You heartless a*****e, you killed my father because of you negligence.
