I never knew how amazing being an aunt could feel

Love is much more then just a word, 

Its the feeling of having someone constantly on your mind, 

Wondering how they're doing without you there. 

I discovered this week what makes me whole, 

What makes me feel absolutely complete. 

Being an aunt is the best feeling in the world. 

I fell in love with the sweetest big headed little boy, 

A little boy who just stares at me so contently, 

I never knew I could grow such a bond with a human being who doesn't even speak. 

A bond that will last a lifetime. 

Now that I have my sweet Daxton in my life I feel complete. 

I will cherish him as if he's my own, 

I'll forever remember my mornings of singing him Baby Beluga and holding him in my arms. 

The love I have for this little boy will last a lifetime.
