The Game of LIFE

Sometimes I wonder…

Are we simply souls
Trapped in pieces
On

A neglected chessboard called EARTH,
Waiting-
To watch
Then move,
Move and watch...

Until
So few stand--

While all mates
Have been checked?

A very nice philosophical question you bring to light... in a way you are tight it seems we always have to be strategical when making even the simplest decisions in life as we try to out wit those who want to play us like a game... the ending does speak loudly in the fact that there are no winners when in comes to wars, emotional or physical!!
