Real Eyes Realize Real Lies

Inspired by a new friend's writing.

Our ever changing government

Has been corrupted again.

It's been dismantled

And put back together

With no prior knowledge

As to how this country

Should be run.

We are falling deeper and deeper

Into our debts, 

Our cars and homes,

Credit cards and student loans.

These objects of depression

Being weighed down

And not being able to rise again.

A majority of the world around me

Thinks  the government's alright.

But there are those of us

Who see the lies,

Who see the greed,

Who see the corruption

And false peace.

Glenn Beck knows what's going on

And it seems to me

Like he's the only one

Who cares enough

To talk out against the government.

His show is based off of his knowledge,

Which runs deep and true.

His words

They are of the madness

In the capitol.

They are of the idiocy

Within those who run us.

They are of the stupidity

Of those who have voted

For the imbeciles

Who sit in the offices

And talk of nothing but

What they have to gain from the people

Next.

My words

They come from my heart.

Not only there

But from my mind, my knowledge.

I care about our country

And know how it's supposed to be run.

I care about every person that lives here,

Even those who don't actually belong.

When I watched

Our... President  recite his oath,

I thought to myself

"Wow. What an oaf"

He couldn't get it right

And even now

No one truly knows what he is

Or where he's from.

They claimed to have found his birth certificate

But that too

Was false

As are the promises he said

At the start of his term.

so true... Makes me thing someone looked at me and said. He has only been in office for a year and he didn't start the problem. A president only have 4 years in office. He has had more then enough time to stop what is going on. He is not. I mean am I the only one who finds it odd how our government keeps making money out of thin air... it's the same thing that happened in Germany when Hitler was in power... do we really want to head in the direction? I don't know about you but the day I see concentration camps is the day I will pick up a gun and point in at a human.

I love this political offspring of such a strong opinion.
You got your point across, and I have to say I agree
with some of your words. I sometimes think a "average"
person off the street could run our country better than who's
been in office before.
