A Cat's DreamA Poem by Lourisa
I closed my eyes and saw a fish
swimming in my water bowl. "Don't make me a dish," the sweet fish asked, "but take me back to the rabbit's hole. He's preparing a feast and all is invited, so please take me east I'm so excited, to dine on a cat just imagine that!" I opened my eyes and ran to my bowl. No fish in there, just ants running to and fro. © 2011 LourisaAuthor's Note
