from the moment
the burning tongue of dawn
licks the sky i hunger for your touch when red arrows of dusk
pierce through clouds i crave your kiss
the musky breeze whispers
to enflamed palm fronds
an inferno is sparked and so the yearning continues naughty stars of night
incite passion
my soliloquy is never - changing mon amour, pour aujourd'hui et
pour toujours
This is well place passion on the page, which could've been skin the way this quivers, sweats and stretches along a skeletal structure. You can tell you put your soul in it too flesh these words...great anatomy of nature for such a circulation is inspiration...great piece

What a fantastic review this is. I thank you so much. Lydi**
You create the most striking love poems - romance seems to run in your blood, Lydi. Once more the enchantment of your words takes your readers away on a magic carpet ride of passionate desire. Bravo!

my soliloquy is never - changing -- love these lines...
This was quite emotional, as well as being seductively erotic in an extremely tasteful way. You write of pleasure and yearning, and it feels so very real to me; I can completley relate. Lovely writing, my friend.

So pleased you can relate, Sarah. Thank you for the lovely review. Lydi**
Mesmerizing picture and a poem to match...
You leave enough to the imagination, but no doubt of the desire and the promise.
It is a gift for the lover to receive as the writing is a gift for the reader to enjoy.
Classy gal!!!

Ah, Lydia... in such moments, such memories, this longing and desire that binds us together as poet and reader does not go unnoticed by those beyond the shroud nor those who are or perhaps would be near us on this side. Some things endure but only those that are meant to be so; and of that we should rejoice and have no concern for the rest. Sorry, I "drifted" a bit. Thank you for sharing. It was lovely.
