Raconteur

Raconteur

A Poem by Lydia Shutter

painting by chrisartpainting of etsy.com

he’s a raconteur par excellence

his lips tell stories

gathered in passion’s palace

yarns spun with elegance

decorated with the lust of a virtuoso

then delivered with proficient timing

upon my waiting lips

a man who tells lovely stories is hard to resist, particularly if he sings them and if they are love stories in which you are the star and he is your leading man. that song, delivered from mouth to lips, in a sweet kiss. sigh... :) I could sigh all day reading and imagining all sorts of lovely things here... I love this poem Lydi. It's gorgeous.

Gorgeous imagery. Must have been some kisser! You show that it doesn't take quantity, but quality to express yourself.

Well, what can I say? The picture, the words and impeccable timing of you, the virtuoso, is perfect. This is definitely a melt in the mouth piece, if there were such a thing. And none of your low calorie, half as good as full fat stuff either. This would be made with the finest ingredients and have about six thousand calories per serving. Delicious :)
