There was graffiti on the church walls

There was graffiti on the church walls

A Poem by Lyric
"

When I was walking around where I live yesterday there was an artist being paid to paint on a church, it inspired this poem

"
There was graffiti on the church walls,
And it spread through the city like a hurricane,
But not at all was there disrespect on either side, or ignorant pain,
Or vanity. For everyone bowed their heads once the lion was slain.
And then once it was slain held on to its disintegrating mane for support.
