Strange Similarities

Strange Similarities

A Chapter by Ms. Starr

June 24th, 2010

It's funny how much time has passed.
December-January-February-March-April-May-June.
1-2-3-4-5-6-7.
Every month another moment in my memory of you.
Memories of us.
All that will ever be again.
Teenage everlasting romance.
I've fallen in love with this book.
I think about it often but show no sign of it existing.
It knows so much about me, but it's not like that matters.
I'll try to reconnect with it sometimes, mull over the past experiences, add maybe one, two more.
Fade.
Repeat.
Wait for it to just end and run out.
Teenage love.
Except this is a book. No brain; no warmth.
You're you.
I miss that.
Repeat.

About
I enjoy writing. I don't do it enough. I'm unmotivated, uninspired, and have learned that unless you are deemed important or special enough for modern society, your words will generally go unheard. I'.. more..

Writing
oh, god. oh, god.
