Bloodied Subservience

Bloodied Subservience

A Poem by MalkavianDelirium
"

A suffering in slavery; a hungering in shackles bound. We all know love can be as this.

"

A bloodied w***e slips to her knees,
and speaks in serpents tongue; she does.
Her mouth drips poison, tainted words,
she begs and mewls, her hearts desire?

Master?

Mayhap; maybe, slipping forth,
sliding beneath those devils eyes;
that sanguine juxtaposition; tears, like blood;
run deep, still waters, thick.
And that is where we drown, bloodlove.

Lover?

Always; erstwhile; demanding more,
than we can truly tame; commanding;
powers beyond your scope;
a prince beyond your star?
Is that not the way, that simple way;
in which you danced that long ago night?

Prince?

Perhaps...Presuming to control,
seeming in all grandeur to be god,
a frightened girl on her knees before;
the cross of god; Holy Father; Dire Mother.
Forgiveness in the eyes of idols?
In the relentless flames of cyclopean candles?

Savior?

Never.

oh gosh. I love this. this is literally amazing. I am amazed. you have amazed.
but, right here: "seeming in all grandeur to be god," shouldn't it be "to be God"?
either way. just wow. amazing, amazing job.
