"Dairy of a Squirtle"

You might be quite suprised

by the adventures in my life.

So I have comprimised

to write in diaries all the time.

 

I'll start with May 1st, 2010,

where Ash & I went to a summer glen.

But sadly, as you can see,

after awhile, I accidentally swallowed a bee.

 

There is one day I'll never forget,

it was probobly the best day yet.

No, it wasn't the day I swallowed that bee.

That you should never ever do, as you can see.

 

It was April 23rd, 2011,

when I tell you the good part, it'll be like heaven.

Ash wanted me to train for a tournament,

as you can see, it was a big event.

Ash made me train like no tomorrow.

I never pouted or winned in sorrow.

 

The day of the tournament was the next day.

I knew I was ready to go on my way.

It was a running race, for I was in luck.

I could run faster than a speeding truck.

 

I started running, & I kept going,

& going, & going, & going, & going.

When I passed the finish line, I came to a stop.

I cleaned up that track like a wet mop.

With my footprints scuttled across,

I knew it would be imposible for a loss.

 

We won, of course, with great glee.

Even the competitors were proud of me.

So we went across the street,

longing for a treat.

We went down to the Ice Cream Lot.

I got chocolate ice cream with sprinkles on top. 

 

So, as you can see, that's why I keep a diary.

To reread these stories to fill me with glee.

I write all day long 'till my hands turn red,

then I know it's time for bed.
