A true genius sits in the shadows and will let their knowledge die with them.

For the human race has only proven that through knowledge,

So true Margaret. Your poem reminds me of my first History lesson. The very first question we were asked was "What does mankind learn from History?" after we had exhausted our miniscule and ill informed answers having been shot down each time, out teacher gave us the answer "Absolutely Nothing!" It must be said of this man that every child who entered his classroom loved him and found a great love of History.
