Secrets

A Poem by Maria
"

This poem contains some aspects of sound symbolism. The letter 's' is repeated quite often and the name of the poem is 'secrets', thus this particular letter can give the effect of whisper.

"
My silent secrets are still breathing
Though the stories are forgotten,
Once, I wanted you to hear me,
But today I am deaf and silent.
There is no louder voice existing,
That calls your name with screaming passion,
Every spring demands to sing you,
Every star wants to shine you brighter.

Beautiful, soft, whispering sibilance, Maria, to sweep one's senses so sweetly into your moment, into you in such a smoothly flowing pleasure.
Your words scream with the yearning voice of passion and allure that lasts long after the reading is over.

Love it … a big hug to thank you, Dear Poetess! ⁓ Richard ; )
