Little accident

This did not actually happen!

I'm normally one for being straight and true

But today at work I got pee on my shoe!

All was well 'til my mid flow fright

I leaked some out to my foot on the right

I should have finished before addressing the mess

'Cause in trying to adjust I got some on my left!

But my attitude always being that of can do

Still in the act I reached for tissue

I became a sight you'll be glad you've not seen

When in losing all focus I soaked my new jeans!

But mission complete with the rest in the pan

I was a rather wet man in need of a plan

My shoes wouldn't prove too much of a test

But sorting my jeans was anyone's guess!

I hung them up and let an hour go by

Patience paying off when I found them bone dry

It was an awful long time to have been away

So back to my desk I sped right away!

Returning to see my boss clearly pained

I thought that this one I could never explain

I began in the hope that a story would grow

But oddly he seemed to already know!

It all became clear when he started to yell

"Get yourself home Mark I can't stand the smell"
