Mental Eclipse

When did this eclipse begin in my mind? 

When did darkness enter my thoughts?

Who allowed them to overflow into my actions?

Why is it now that the good ones are so lost?

Who is it that is now plagued by the inevitable cost?

Why must the smoke curl in my direction and be swallowed by my lungs?

Where is the better hiding place?

Why should it lose me and all the while be lost in me?

Who allowed this to have begun, and the question is will it all end in a large smoking gun?

Not being insensitive to lose that lost their life recently due to insanity.
