Consuming

A Poem by Melanie Jane Boicourt Shanks

Consuming

 what is coming

before it arrives.

Paying for it on credit.

Assuming what you’re doing

will still be there in the morning.

I'm a bit confused on what you are trying to say in this.... Short poems are a bit hard to really see what is being said unless you can fit an immens amount of detail in a short space. thank you for this submission in my ranting contest!
