Just a Dream

Just a Dream

A Poem by Melissa Kesead

Desire twinkled in his eyes

laughter on his tongue

Emotion he did never hide

when it came to fun

Loving flowed from fingertips

whispers in her ear

Gentle kisses on her lips

chased away her every fear

In his arms he held her tight

and slowly stroked her hair

All throughout the starry night

he was with her there

At morning light the truth was shown

and tears in her eyes did gleam

If only she would have known

that it was just a dream

That was beautiful. That was sort of like mine, but better! lol...not really in the poetic mood lately. Just feel like writing feelings. I loved this though. Great Job!!!
