This is good, I like the format that each chapter is a little piece, forming together a very vivid picture by the end.

The combination of form and sheer voice makes this one of the most powerful pieces i have read to date. Each piece adds to the tension and mystery posed by the previous entry, while the brevity of each piece feels like it was a note left for the reader. As if they are on the ward as well... It feels like a diary one would find scrawled in secrecy and hidden for safety. This captures both the emotions of the author and the the oppressivenness of the environment so completly i felt as if i was somehow being shown each individual scenario. Phenominal work, yet chilling at the same time.

Perused the first 3- cunning and visceral... but ugh I'm on call. Have to sit on this; I shall.
