Mickey's Car..A Poem by meritExperimental piece of poetry...
Mickey Mouse had a car
With an engine very loud Tearing up the narrow roads At a speed out of control Passengers are hanging on Mickeys behaviour's unheard of Clever people try avoid him With the gossip burning brightly Mickey's noose begging to tighten They keep searching land and sky To find a hidden spot From all the hate propaganda Disputes that are a common find Dreams are beginning to fade They loose their sparkle Turning into stones of darkness Into the jungle they venture Trying to escape from the narrow minds Who's thoughts are dark and dire They lay down by the river With the water so tranquil Sleep at last creeps along Eventually more light is being shed On deeds devoid of honesty Mickeys reputation gaining weight People see him in new light Gossip car drives on and on with an engine very small Yet with newfound modesty Mickeys friends are gaining hold..
