Sleep Well

Sleep Well

A Poem by MiracleMoon
"

Sleep well, dear one. rough draft.

"
When I breathe
May the whispers of weeping willows
Awaken you from this dreamless slumber,
For they have stolen you for much too long.
When my heart bears
The burden of our eternal suffering
May its melodies write prayers upon
Your deprived veins "
Bringing life for where life withers away.
And when I live
May your spirit find peace
Upon this breezeless winter,
For even in the stillness,
I hear you
I see you
I feel you.
