Rain

Rain

A Poem by 水希

Rain
It falls down
Gently or beating
No discrimination of those beneath
Fluidly shaping to all it touches
Absorbed and being absorbed
A natural give and take
Cleansing and granting life
Constantly felt yet unfeeling
Coursing through the living
Unacknowledged
Yet the basis of all life
Some run for cover
I take it in

This poem is so profound! I really like the line "Constantly felt yet unfeeling", it adds to the enigmatic effect. Very well done! :)
