Loss

Loss

A Poem by MiyaAron
"

You cannot really write loss, you cannot really read loss. you can only feel it.

"
This silence
it is permanent
words speak
without comment

For who can
understand
the sorrow
of a soul.

Who can punctuate
tears as they
roll.

Ink cannot hear
the echo,
nor capture
the ache for breath.

One can only
feel,
in the aftermath
of death.

A truth is spoken upon this page, simply, profoundly and without glitz or glamor. Have experienced that feeling so near, I feel this piece deeply.

Beautifully penned!
