A Poem by Ana B.

The skin of the night…dark shades it has

A short remedy for my social allergy;

A moon shaped dream that smells of jazz

While thoughts perform the dance of anarchy.

And there is war around every corner

Between egos and vanities…

Sincerity could be the armor

Yet I still hide in my castle of fantasies…

I gaze into your silent amber and I know

Your time is not the same as mine.

Yet how stunning those ghostly seconds aglow

While hearts play their pantomime

Yet still,

Gifting resplendent paintings

To this watercolor universe

How time plays with emotions, dark, light, half light... all give a little something or more. And how one feels reveals more to self than what the mind sees and imagination frames. Perhaps.

You drape words with great care, Ana B!

Thank you dear Emma :) Words are the legacy, yet in abundance are meaningless somehow...

An absolute pleasure.. :)
"A short remedy for my social allergy"

Isolation is the cure. I prefer night time motorcycle rides while the sky is lit of heat lightning.
The best medicine.

Great as always. Thanks for sharing.
