This poem reminds me a bit of It Is Well. I'm sure you know the story behind that song, if not, check it out on the internet. I've often thought what it might be like being left alone. I don't like the prospects. I know I would do a lot of talking to myself. My wife is my best friend, it would be hard to move on without her.
Well, you certainly are a wonderful poet. I found this very easy to read and digest. Too many times I find myself having to think about what the author is trying to say. I don't like thinking too much as I am but a simple minded person.

My son is learning it on classical guitar

there is very small difference between acoustic and classical guitar i.e the types of strings. But your son is learning it, so absolutely classical guitar is better for beginners. Great.
