You made me happy

you fill me plenty

you made me sad

you have me bled

you made me cry

you had me sigh

You did all this

with a twist.

 

You did rhyme

you took my time

you gave some prose

you had me froze

you read my mind

You made me sublimed

you did all this

with a gist.

 

You channelled my course

you made me a force

You gave me dreams

you had me in in beams

you made me write

you wronged my fright

you did all this

with a list.

Nice tribute to friends, writers. There is a hint of sarcasm, though. This piece has a clever structure and a tight rhythm. Strange enough, I was just thinking about posting a piece that was inspired by someone from Trinidad. This is a great piece. Thank you for sharing.

writers need to support each other even more than they do...

sometimes we get into petty fights, ridiculous melees...and all we have most often is each other...so that is crazy.

this piece really flows so well...very much enjoyed the reading.

my folks lived for three years in Point-A-Pierre" in Trinidad..

i visited them a few times...we went to Tobago for a few days each time...lovely there.

This is great reward for me.
Last night I watched a wonderful documentary on the landscape and wildlife of Trinidad and Tobago in Discovery channel.I saw beautiful birds in it.I feel quite warm by the presence of spirit of Moonera around me that came flying as a bird.
