Expectations of the Ghostly Blooms

It always returns.

Expectations of the Ghostly Blooms

Bereft due to the vivid giant’s departure,
A transient sorrow,
For they stand there as specters,
Glistening under the white iris,
Illuminated by the heavens,
The circumstance is not dire,
For they have the gift of clairvoyance and cognizance,
Foreseeing its reemergence,
They turn their faces eastward,
The anticipation emanates unbridled fondness,
The radiating orb’s presence always reoccurs,
Allowing for their status as pseudo-revenants,
Subsisting on luminosity.
