Shadow Poet

This poem is the best way to describe me in words.

I am Dark
Like the shadows that crawl up alley walls
Or spots out of sight where the sun dont shine
I am Melidious
Like nursery rhymes
Or a song that is sung just right and never leaves your mind
I am Strong
My voice can size down a mountain
Or assemble an army to fight with
I am that Kid
With a soldiers set of eyes that has seen so much
With a heart of gold that has been broke before but still loves
I am Tough
Like a cat that falls from a two story building
Or a cancer survivor who greets death but steadily out lives it
I am an Artist
I make things im good better yet great
Thats why everyday I create to escape
I am Afraid
I fear not this earth as it turns but my God
I would've lived a life of worth as of today if my heart stopped
I am Worthy
To speak my mind and excel in activity
No one can set a limit to my capabilities
I am King
In ones eyes maybe my little brothers
Im worth nothing in anothers and somewhere I am loved undercover
I am a Poet
A writer in shakcles still I'm unstoppable
They've put a pen in the hand of a man whose life is but a sentence to sentence
