Fantasy is one of the most painful pleasures.
For some it's an escape, but for others it becomes too real. There's a fine line between fantasy and reality, yet for some, that line shrinks dangerously thin. That's when it gets serious. A simple crush can turn into obsession. Longing for a late loved one, can make you want to join them. Or just wanting something, or someone, you can't have. When you can't tell the difference is when the madness sneaks in. It's not easy either, because sooner or later they have to face cold reality. And it hurts, badly. having to face that their gone, or you can't have them. Because we aren't built bulletproof. That's why we have bulletproof vests to protect us.
