Ocean Of Sorrows

Ocean Of Sorrows

A Poem by Muskan Aggarwal

The autumn winds
peeled off
her half-healed wounds;
the winter bleeds her
to slumber.

The world hung like
an albatross round her neck,
forcing her into sanity
when she is immersed
in her utopian dreams.

Her sole appetite
is liberation from the agony
and to forever end
this labyrinth of suffering.
