A Blind Search

A Blind Search

A Poem by Mutley
"

A poem about how people get bogged down by life and never stop to take at look at nature's beauty around them.

"

Through the trees, a breeze,

The buzz of bellowing bees.

In the firmament, a molten globe,

Blazing with a brilliant strobe,

Windy rays in the air.

Fresh, hardly a care,

Flowing around hair.

Where oh where?

It does not matter.

Nor does senseless chatter.

Only the tune, a bird’s patter,

The sky, a scatter of blue and white tatter,

The breeze, a flow on skin.

Not the days that have been,

Nor the days that will be.

It is what you can see.

The rustling of harmony.

Nature’s glowing treasury.

Free within its glee.

Plea for the flowery.

Simple but meaningful. The descriptions are nice and I especially like the way you describe the sky. You really show such deep appreciation for nature.

Keep Writing. ^___^

Thanks for the enjoyable rhymery!
That would be quite a tough act for most to follow.
Rhymes can be deceptively simple that the crafting of a poem may be subject to
endless diatribes from purists and experimentalists and every man and his dog to boot. Save for the hay fever, I am all for slowing to a stop and just taking it all in and realising that we are intrinsically a part of this beauty of nature.

Wow, nature can be a vibrant everlasting feeling we all need in our lives. I love this write because it is full of details and great emotion. It gives a nice picture in my head too!

A well written poem. Made me wish for a warm spring day. Description of the simple and free gifts of nature. I like the complete poem. Ending was perfect.

Again, another lovely poem. you do an amazing job of catching your ideas and painting them down in such flowing words. (sorry flowery language tends to rub off on me) I certainly look forward to more of your work.
