What do I have, I ask?
Have I ever asked myself what I do have?
Have I ever thought of the blessings of speech, my internal organs, and my limbs?
Have I thought of the blessing of having parents?
Have I thought of the fact that my parents are always there for me in the good and the bad?
Have I thought that I now have the blessing of being married?
Have I truly been thankful for the blessing of a wife to come home to?
I have enough, I have enough
I can't thank you, oh my Lord, enough.

It's a beautiful reminder of not taking everything for granted, no matter how generous God is to us. I think it's lovely that you count your blessings and appreciate what you have instead of asking for more than what He gave you.
