A Death WishA Poem by NamgyelRSuicidal thoughts on paperSometimes I have a morbid death wish, At the end of life's journey we all decay, We each encounter full stops along the way, Depart your loved ones with a kiss
Sometimes I wish upon death, The transition into a peaceful realm, I bid my last farewell, An eerie conclusion like Macbeth
Sometimes I have a morbid death wish, Why continue a journey that's already lost? For your greed, sanity is the cost, Cross the rainbow bridge to eternal bliss
Sometimes I wish upon death, I stare upon the struggling embers of lust, How I wish to penetrate the unyielding thin layer of crust, I analyze my struggles in-depth
Sometimes I have a morbid death wish, Why delay the inevitable? Life and death are inseparable, I bid goodbye with a kiss
