I have never cried as much
As I have tonight
In this darkened room
Nothing feels right
My heart literally skipped a beat
I felt it jump right out from my chest
It's never been quite right
Since the day you left
I have never hurt as much
As I have without you here
Like life is just a motion
And I'm running through the gears
I almost feel like I'm going insane
I hear your voice
I call your name
Nothing will ever fix this
This is more than...pain
The night brings a heaviness
In an undistracted silence
And thoughts run rivers through me
Like rapids hugging violence
Everything feels emptier
My limbs go light and numb
Dread crawls up my spine and neck
Bringing me undone
I have no answers
Just... Memories and pain
I have never cried so much
And I never want to again x
