Colors

A Poem by Naval Tharun
"

It talks about memories

"

Colors...colors...colors

Fading into each other, flowing into me

My life becomes the canvas as my mind chooses the shade

Bright and happy, dull and sad

With the glittering deceptions of conjured illusions

watered down by the efforts of time

These colors they confuse me, they leave me in pieces

With bleeding hands I pick the shards,

I use my strength to tear away the painting

I then step into the void,

I see darkness...I’m home
