I love You, Ma!

Mother's Love............ Unconditional.

The water was jittery cold.

It sent a shiver down her spine

And a chill up her nerve.

But still she swam

Swam to save.

 

She spotted him

With bloodshot eyes.

Grappling for breath was

The Embodiment of her Love

Her son.

 

“Mama’s coming, my boy”

She gurgled

“Mama’s coming!”

 

Stroking her arms,

Thrusting her body,

Diving deep,

She got hold of

Her son.

“I Love you, Ma”,

He whispered

With the freezing Ocean

All around.
