Lonely Road

Lonely Road

A Poem by Nerezza_S
"

Sometimes flying solo has its cost

"
I see the highroad, all I long in the distance.
I think of you, I think of our memories, the joy and laughter.
Today is an empty day, while I'm under the rain crying.
I hate being alone but more than everything, hate being without you.
I can hear the last of yours steps echoing in my mind.
One time, two times, three times.
I'm sorry I pushed you away.
