It is a jungle out there and not just on social media. Anyone you decide to trust with sensitive information could be capable of betraying your trust. The art is to select carefully in the first place. You have to weed out those who haven't got a vindictive streak in them, and that ain't easy. How do you tell that? I'd say beware of women who keep diaries and who can copy and paste with ease (lol). Mind you, it works in reverse as well. How much would she be prepared to disclose about herself? Conclusion? There is an element of risk with any relationship. Good evening Neville and your title is a Duran, Duran song :)

This jas such a familiar tune playing in my head (clever how you managed that, that I was half expecting it to have the word writerscafe in the title. Words said in friendship and beyond thrown back when things don't go as planned for one, using their honesty against them and perhaps showing their true face when it all goes pear shaped.
Of course, I am reading between the lines here, which is usually where the spiteful recriminations are also found.
This is where my upfront nuttiness comes in handy, it makes you bulletproof to them, as no one in their right mind will message me :)

I see what you mean Lorry and how it might easily apply here.. however these words were originally intended to reflect some of the risks I imagine might be associated with any of the increasingly popular (so it seems) forms of social media... anyway... with you being bulletproof and me watching ya back you gotta be indestructible....Cheers, Neville
