Home truths

Each one

Of them painted

In delicious

Black and white

 

I leave them

Here for you

To digest

At your leisure

Any time of

Day or night

And remember

Whatever

Sounds like an ultimatum to me. The ghosts need to go. Those home truths, no grey areas, it's all in black and white and yet, you graciously make the tea and make sure she's got your number. That means the door remains open. What we do for love eh Neville?Much to contemplate between the lines. The ghosts have to be former lovers I reckon.

Home truths are best kept at a distance, dear sir. You'd be surprised how many eyes peer into the reason for words.. too many hours in the day, perhaps. Maybe long walks, lateral thinking or discussing the matter between the sheets of your reading is a prompt. Who knows. As ever, a slightly tongue in the cheek piece of your extraordinary psyche !

Home truths painted In delicious Black and white. Sounds fantastic when served with tea. Digestion should be quick when things are so clean cut and concisely put. It all looks very final to me and as it should be when there’s so much congestion around. Loved this great poem on past ghosts sir.
