Together Forever Until Death Do You Two Apart

Together Forever Until Death Do You Two Apart

A Poem by Nicole Renee
"

Anniversary poem for my grandparents

"

Life can be captured by

 Photographs,

Memories,

Good Laughs and

Whatever comes at you next.

But nothing can be compared

When it comes to love and strength,

A bondage that can never be broken

When they’re put together;

Being hidden in a vow

Two wedding rings,

And a kiss to seal it.

Now let your fates

Take you on a road

And a new chapter;

Don’t let anything

Take a step in the front

Of your dreams.

I feel like my title is one of Panic! At the Disco's titles; it's really long. Lol.

...And my (mom's side) grandparent's anniversary was yesterday (09-28-08),but I was at work and didn't have time to write it. xD And I'm a bit nervous sending to my grandparents and showing my mom because:

-My mom and grandma are both emotional people (so am I..I get it from my mom's side), so I'm a bit weary on their reaction to this. ^_^"

That was beautiful. How you viewed marriage was something I haven't heard recently thanks to the modern day media, or maybe the prejudice that was against the union in the first place? I wouldn't get married myself, but your poem makes me think of what it is, and what it must feel like to be in love.
