I lose

I lose

A Poem by NightsShade

You realize that when I leave you I lose everything?

Right?

Look at you two!

You know what he wants,

But you don't stop him from wanting you.

You don't tell him no.

You're both so cozy,

Eating up each others love.

(You know what you're doing,

Just feeding the fire.)

It's adultery of some sort.

But what I'm trying to say,

Is that I loose him.

It's clear that he wants you more

You and you're pretty smile,

And great sense of humor.

He just laps it up.

I'm okay though.

I know it's not what I want.

I rather have the friends that I have now

Than the ones that you seem to have...

Stolen.

I don't want him,

If he wants you

(I just want to tell you,

Considering your unhealthy desire,

You won't understand.

And you won't have the opportunity.

Never again.)
