Homeless dog

This is based on true story, i tried to describe how the dogs suffering here from a few days in my country, the government decided to kill the homeless dogs , and that tore my heart apart .........

He looked at the sky while his tears were falling like streams, his eyes were telling me what he couldn't say, 

he was crying in silence, 

he was suffering in silence, 

he was dying in silence.

 The poison was running in his veins, his legs were shaking in pain, he was wondering, what is his guilt? , what did he do to them to kill him that way? , 

while his soul was on its way to the sky, he finally realised, he finally found the answer,

 " he was just a homeless dog " �'"

Omg I just read about this dog 3 hours ago, the picture I mean. She's a female dog and she was giving milk to her children in the first floor of some building and people got mad, someone poisoned some milk and gave it to her, she drank it to death. Such a heartbreak wallahy. Dogs must have some rights in our country tbh because what people are doing to them is.. disgusting.

This is very gut-wrenching! Wow! I am totally in agreement with the points you are making. I volunteered at two animal shelters for a few years, walking the homeless dogs, then feeding them, then later working in the clinic where homeless pets are "fixed" (so they can't breed). As you can imagine, I know so many of the harsh truths about how people discard pets. Your words are appropriately harsh & yet not overly dramatic, just truthful. I've only read a couple things by you so far, but your way of being honest is the best thing about your writing . . . you don't use your honesty like a weapon, but as a spotlight. Perfectly balanced so that it doesn't turn people off, not being able to handle the harshness of the things you are shining a light on.
