It was always you

It was always you

A Poem by Norah

Feelings not shared nor expressed,

Lay down deep in my heart wrecked,

I know no way to help myself mend,

The love that never knew an end.

That's an absolutely terrific poem you've written there Norah; it's very emotionally charged, especially for such a concise piece!

I like it too, but it goes better with fish tacos and lime juice. Freak-in real! 100/100

Powerful emotions about a love that was not to be. Take heart, you will find a way to go on the mend. Give it time.

Gee
Unrequited love....mostly for fear of rejection if expressed, or....designs on another's partner.
I really liked this Norah

Sounded like midnight or 2 A M thoughts at a kitchen table. Seems we have those as time goes by.

This is truly heartfelt and honest. Short yet powerful in every way. Good read.
